​Rotary Park located at the entrance of Palatka reminds us that we are a commUNITY that cares. Putnam County and the Rotary Club of Palatka partnered to renovate the facility. The newly renovated Park has a new playground. a splashpad and other age appropriate play areas. DOH-Putnam requested that the playpark offer a pathway for wheelchair access and swings for people with disabilities.
