DOH-LAKE covid-19 testing SITES SCHEDULE UPDATE

Eustis, FL. – Effective Tuesday, September 8, 2020 the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) testing sites will be consolidating to one site:

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 8 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

• DOH-Lake Clermont, 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont

As a reminder, the hours of operations are Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first-serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required)
