Land O' Lakes Office Will No Longer be Providing Clinical Services 

The Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) will no longer provide clinical services at the Land O’ Lakes office starting December 1, 2015.

Please note:  WIC services will remain open at the Land O’Lakes site.

Medical records will be kept on-site at the 4135 Land O’ Lakes Blvd., Land O’ Lakes, Fl. 34639 office until November 25, 2015, and thereafter may be obtained from the Health Department located at 13941 15th St., Dade City, FL 33525.
