Public Health Hero Award Nomination
In celebration of National Public Health Week, April 2015, the Florida Department of Health in Orange County is accepting nominations for Public Health Hero. A public health hero is someone who best personifies the spirit of public health through a commitment to building a healthier community. Nominees should demonstrate a thorough knowledge and experience in their field, leadership skills, compassion and sensitivity, and participation in activities that serve to improve the community.
