will be Fully Operational Monday, September 18

 

Miami, FL --- The Florida Department of Health in Miami-Dade County will be fully operational on Monday, September 18, 2017 except for the following locations:

Little Haiti Center located at 300 NE 80th Terrace, Miami, FL 33138

 

WIC Clinics at:

South Miami Center located at 6601 SW 62nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33143

Unity Central located at 1490 NW 27th Avenue, Miami, FL 33125

Additionally, the following WIC Clinics will be open on Saturday, September 16, 2017

  • Homestead WIC - 753 W. Palm Drive, Florida City, FL 33034
  • University WIC - 1607 SW 107th Avenue, Miami, FL 33165
  • Frederica Wilson & Juanita Mann Health Center Liberty City WIC - 2520 NW 75th Street, Miami, FL 33147
  • Goulds Center WIC – 10300 SW 216th Street, Goulds, FL 33190
  • West Dade WIC – 11865 SW 26 Street, Unit J-6, Miami, FL 33175
