Post Hurricane Beach Water Samples

Test results from samples taken yesterday at Martin County beaches show results in the acceptable range for bacteria.

Sampling took place at Hobe Sound Beach, Hobe Sound Wildlife Refuge, Bathtub Beach, Stuart Beach and Jensen Beach.

Swim at guarded beaches. As always, follow the advice of lifeguards. The beach conditions hotline number is 772-320-3112.

Beach water sampling will continue on a regular schedule beginning on Monday.
