Weather Closure: Florida Department of Health in Escambia County

Due to flooding, the Florida Department of Health in Escambia County’s (DOH-Escambia) main facility, located at Fairfield Drive, will remain closed today and Friday. All of DOH-Escambia’s satellite facilities are open and are providing limited services to the public.
The Fairfield Drive clinics (including family health, family planning, immunizations, sexually transmitted disease (STD), tuberculosis (TB), and ADHD), WIC program services, AIDS Drug Assistance (ADAP) program office, presumptive Medicaid eligibility office, vital statistics service center (birth and death certificates), and medical records office will be closed. The Escambia Community Clinic’s (ECC) dental office will also be closed.
DOH-Escambia is currently offering services at the following satellite locations:
Thursday May 1, 2014:
- Downtown Location – 1300 West Gregory Street, Pensacola (normal operations)
- Environmental Health services
- Environmental Health services
- Molino Location – 3470 Highway 29 North, Cantonment (normal operations)
- Dental – Mon-Fri – 7:30AM - 4:30PM CST (850-587-2544)
- WIC clinic and voucher pick-up services (Appointment Only - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8-4, Friday 8-12; 850-595-6670)
- Northside/Ensley Location – 8390 North Palafox Street, Pensacola (normal operations)
- Child immunizations, by appointment (850-484-5155)
- WIC clinic and voucher pick-up services (850-595-6670)
- We Care (850-484-5082)
- Dental Services by appointment, as normal
- Warrington WIC program office – 3960 Navy Blvd, Ste. 1, Pensacola (normal operations) (850-595-6670)
- Naval Hospital WIC program office – 6000 Highway 98, Pensacola (normal operations) (850-595-6670)
